This Terms of Service (public offer) sets out the rules for using the Service and purchasing Services of the «Saint Rust» project. Full and unconditional acceptance occurs when you pay for Services (including Saint Coins) or actually use the Service.
The document is concluded electronically and has the effect of a written agreement. Acceptance means you agree to the Offer, Project Rules, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy published in the Help section.

2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive right to use In-Game Currency (Saint Coins), which may be exchanged for Additional Features (Donation) on «Saint Rust» servers. Descriptions, prices, and terms are published at https://saintrust.com/store.
2.2. The Client agrees to pay for In-Game Currency at the prices in effect at the time of the Order and to use it in accordance with the Offer.

3.1. The Client pays for the Order through the Service. The Service of granting the right to use In-Game Currency is deemed provided when Saint Coins are credited to the Client's account.
3.2. Exchanging In-Game Currency for Additional Features (Donation) is the Client's use of an already paid right. The Service is deemed fully delivered (items activated) when Saint Coins are debited from the Client's account.
3.3. If payment is incomplete or late, the Provider may suspend Services (crediting Saint Coins) until full payment is received.
4. Pricing and payment
4.1. Current prices for In-Game Currency are listed in the Service and may be changed unilaterally by the Provider. Changes do not affect the value of In-Game Currency already purchased.
4.2. Payment is made through available payment systems. The Client is solely responsible for choosing the correct payment method.
5. Rights and obligations
The Provider shall:
- 5.1. Properly provide Services (credit Saint Coins and activate Donation items).

The Provider may:

The Client shall:
- 5.5. Pay for In-Game Currency in full and on time.
- 5.6. Review the Offer and Project Rules before acceptance and monitor changes.
- 5.7. Not disrupt the Service and comply with the Project Rules.
6. Acceptance and refunds
6.1. The Service of granting the right to use In-Game Currency is deemed provided when it is credited to the Client's account. The Service of providing Additional Features is deemed provided upon activation.
6.2. Refund requests are accepted only for specific payments and only if all In-Game Currency (Saint Coins) purchased with that payment remains unused (even partially), or if crediting was improper. Send requests to ilgizkhuzin13@gmail.com.
6.3. In-Game Currency is not exchangeable for real money. Refunds for In-Game Currency already used (exchanged for Donation) are not provided, as the Service is deemed fully delivered.
6.4. No refund is provided if the Client was banned on «Saint Rust» servers for violating the Project Rules or received an anti-cheat ban (EAC, etc.). Unused In-Game Currency on a banned account is forfeited without compensation.
6.5. The Provider reviews the request within a reasonable time and notifies you at the email address used for the request. If approved, the refund is made to the same account and in the same currency used for payment.
7. Liability and warranties
7.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform obligations in accordance with applicable law.
